What are the Shabbat services like?
Our worship services are a blend of Jewish liturgy—done in both traditional and contemporary styles—and modern Messianic Jewish music. The services are generally conducted in Hebrew, and the Hebrew is always accompanied by English transliterations and translations. Be prepared for a worship experience that ranges from lively and exuberant to meditative and reflective. We read from the Torah Scroll each Shabbat, and the drash (sermon) explains the Scriptural text of the day (drawn from the Hebrew Bible or the New Covenant) and applies it to our lives.

Will I be welcome?
"I’m Jewish and I don’t believe in Jesus!"
We invite you to come with an open mind to connect with your Judaism and hear a fresh perspective on Yeshua.
“I’m a Jewish believer in Jesus and I attend a church!”
We invite you to come and grow in your faith in Yeshua in an environment that enables you to live out your G-d-given Jewish identity.
"I’m a Christian and I’ve never been to a synagogue!"
We invite you to come and gain a deeper perspective on the Jewish roots of your faith in Jesus.
"We're an interfaith couple and we don't have a spiritual home!"
We invite you to come and see that Judaism and belief in Jesus are wholly compatible.

Are there programs for children?
Yes. We have lots of children – from newborns to teenagers. The nursery is available during the entire service for children ages 0-3. Children ages 4-11 are dismissed for Jr. Shabbat at about 11:15am. There is a class for 4-6 year olds and a class for 7-11 year olds. Parents may take their children to Jr. Shabbat, or keep them in the general service.

Is there a time to meet people?
Yes. Each week we generally have anywhere from 25 to 50 families gathered together. Immediately after services we have an oneg (light refreshments).
Most people stay to eat and schmooze, and a number of people remain for
2 hours or longer!
